WANTED: VIPD Seeking 25-Year-Old St. Croix Man for Grand Larceny

ST. CROIX — The Virgin Islands Police Department is requesting public assistance in locating Nigel S. Noelien, who is currently wanted on a charge of Grand Larceny.
According to a bulletin issued by the Criminal Investigation Bureau on May 5, 2026, Noelien is a 25-year-old Black male born in St. Croix. He is described as standing 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing approximately 267 pounds, with a dark complexion, black hair, and brown eyes.
Authorities state that Noelien is known to frequent the areas of Hard Labor Road and Grove Place.
The VIPD has issued a strict "DO NOT APPROACH" warning to the public regarding this individual.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to contact 911 immediately or reach out to Detective Ruchella Samuel at (340) 778-2211. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers USVI at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Police remind the public that harboring or assisting a fugitive is a criminal offense and may lead to prosecution.
