Known throughout St. Croix as "Red Brick," the housing community has a grim history as a flashpoint for gang-related shootouts. The issuance of a felony kidnapping warrant (CR. No. 26XP02540) suggests a dangerous new chapter in the ongoing friction within the enclave—a territory locals know to avoid at all costs after sundown.
The Suspect
The Virgin Islands Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Eduardo, described as a 25-year-old Black male, 6’1” tall, and weighing approximately 178 pounds. While the specific details of the kidnapping remain under seal, the high-priority nature of the warrant has mobilized the Wilbur Francis Command.
